Download the ELITE STENCIL app from the App Store or Google Play, or get the ELITE STENCIL CLIENT from the ELITE STENCIL Downloads page.
Q2: What to Do If Paper Jams?
If a paper jam happens, follow these steps:
1. Check Paper Setup: Remove the cover and protective sheets, ensuring the master sheet is on top and the stencil carbon sheet at the bottom.
2. Adjust Print Density: Use a lower density setting (Light or Medium) if jams occur on higher settings (Dark or Deep), then reprint.
3. Clean the Printhead: Clean promptly to ensure smooth operation.
Q3: How to printing with Procreate？
When printing from Procreate, ensure the design size is 210 x 274 mm for 11" paper or 210 x 340 mm for 14" paper. In the ELITE Stencil app, click “Fit Page” to adjust the size accordingly.
