Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are processed within 1-3 business day safter received your full payment.
    We will inform customers in advance if any of products have to wait longer time
    If you are paying by paypal E-check or bank wire transfer, please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to clear.
    Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
    You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
    Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
    ELITE TATTOO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Damages:
    ELITE TATTOO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

Please Note
Customers should be aware the international import may require some materials/documents for customs clearance in some countries.

Some should provide by shipper, and some should provide by customers

If the goods are returned due to the customer’s failure to cooperate with customs clearance, any resulting loss of shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We can provide a full consumption list and the required certificates for the product. Contact us if the Custom need it.

If the return is caused by the customer, customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.we will responsible for the shipping cost and send the correct goods with your next order if it’s possible

Returnable items
Within 30 days of purchase, returns for quality issues of machines are covered, with the seller covering return shipping costs. The warranty covers manufacturing defects.
Please remember to keep your warranty card safe and you need to return it with our machine together when repairs need to be done.


Non-returnable items
We will not accept returns under the following circumstances:
1. The product has been opened.
2. Products damaged by humans

Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours, and upon receipt of the returned item, we will email you within 3 days and arrange an exchange or refund.

HOW DO I RETURN & EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We will get back to you as soon as receive your message
Once we receive your refund application, we will process it within 48 hours, and the refund amount will be returned to the original route within 7-15 days after approval.

If you want to return/Exchange the goods, please contact us before returning. Please do not return the goods directly to avoid loss. Once you have emailed support@elitetattoo.com and all return/exchange requirements are met; you will receive a return/exchange authorization.

When requesting a return or exchange, we may ask you to send us a picture of the defective product, and we will always require that you provide proof of purchase in the form of your receipt.

Generally we more recommend to ship the replace products or any items missing with next order, that way can help customers to save cost on tax.
